Ginny is an island treasure, hard at work in her old space before the remodel. Her great smile & positive attitude are always something to look forward to, and her ideas for new flavors are invaluable. As a taste tester, her ability to zero in on ‘too much of this’ or ‘a little more of that’ help make our newest recipes perfect every time. If it’s ‘Ginny Approved’ it’s pretty much good to go!
