Cathy

Cathy, Rob’s wife, does all the paperwork for WIIC and loves the ‘job’ of being Rob’s boss. She also helps in the plant when needed. Cathy and Rob enjoy delivering our great ice cream throughout the island and they’re both always ready to lend a hand with special events or manning the ice cream cart at the farmers market.
